Her expertise
Sofie FRÜH joined abci Avocats | Rechtsanwälte in 2010.
She advises French and German companies on Franco-German business law. Her expertise particularly includes employement law advice and representation of companies in cross-border matters. In addition, she has many years of experience in negotiating and drafting bilingual contracts, structuring and implementing cross-border projects, and handling M&A transactions.
A law graduate from the University of Freiburg im Breisgau in Germany, she passed her two state examinations in 2006 and 2009. Rechtsanwältin since 2011, she was also a lecturer at the Faculty of Law of the University of Strasbourg from 2010 to 2013, where she taught German commercial and corporate law as well as contract drafting.
Sofie FRÜH advises the firm’s clients in French, German and English.
She prefers to spend her free time with family or friends – ideally in the countryside or on the back of her horse.
