Her expertise
Viviane EBERSOLD has been practicing at abci Avocats | Rechtsanwälte since 2015. Admitted to the Strasbourg Bar (France) as Avocat since 2016 and the Freiburg Bar (Germany) as Rechtsanwältin since 2020, she assists international companies and groups, particularly Franco-German ones, with their cross-border operations and legal projects in both France and Germany.
Her main areas of practise are corporate law, commercial law and labour law, and she has a particular expertise in restructuring, mergers and acquisitions, and the negotiation and drafting of business contracts. She also provides ongoing advice to companies on issues related to governance, corporate life and labour law.
Viviane EBERSOLD was trained in France and Germany and is a graduate of the DJCE in Strasbourg. She also holds an LL.M. from the University of Freiburg im Breisgau and a doctorate in law, which was jointly supervised by the Universities of Strasbourg and Freiburg im Breisgau. As a member of the Deutscher Anwaltsverein (DAV) of Strasbourg, her Franco-German background enables her to understand the legal systems of both countries and support her clients effectively in cross-border contexts by taking into account the specific cultural characteristics of each country.
Perfectly bilingual in French and German, she also advises the firm’s clients in English.
